Focus and Scope

ELEGENTIA: Journal of Arts, Media, Technology is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes quality articles in the theory and application of the arts, design, and media disciplines covering five sub-arts disciplines: (1) Performing Arts: Dance, Theater, Pedalangan, Music, and Karawitan; (2) Arts Science: Art Creation, Ethnomusicology, Dance Anthropology, Fine Arts (painting, sculpture, graphics), and Intermedia Arts; (3) Crafts: Woodwork, Leatherwork, Sculpture, Ceramics, Textiles, Metalwork; (4) Media Studies: Photography, Television, Broadcasting, Graphica; and (5) Design: Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, and Product Design. Since 2024, ELEGENTIA is published two times a year (Juni and December), accepting contributions in the form of research articles, review articles, research notes, commentaries, and interviews.
