This study examines Jeungki, a marginalized cultural heritage of Aceh, as a symbol of local wisdom that is now nearly forgotten. This phenomenon is significant as it reflects the neglect of traditional cultural heritage that holds strong historical and cultural identity values. The aim of this study is to uncover the causes of the neglect of Jeungki and its potential revitalization as an identity of Aceh's culture. To achieve this, the study employs a qualitative approach with observation and descriptive-analytical data analysis methods, focusing on social, cultural, and heritage preservation aspects. The main finding of this study is that, despite Jeungki's high value of local wisdom, its functional role is diminishing due to the lack of attention to its preservation. The study concludes that revitalization of Jeungki is necessary to sustain the cultural identity of Aceh and provide social and economic benefits to the community. The main recommendation is the need for preservation policies that involve both the community and local government.
